Online sessions take place via secure video call (e.g. Zoom). This option can be helpful if you prefer the comfort of your own home or if travelling to sessions is difficult.

I also offer in-person sessions using local rented therapy spaces. Meeting face-to-face can sometimes feel more natural for people who prefer being physically present in a therapeutic environment. The space will be quiet, comfortable and designed to support a safe and confidential therapeutic setting.
